WATEC 2011 - Israel Ministry of Foregn Affairs hightlighted November's conference which introduces Israeli water technology innovatio to delegates around the world.  This year, about 150 international delegations are expected to swell the crowd to about 20,000 people seeking the Israeli know-how that is responsible for expanding the country's water-related exports to an estimated $1 billion to $2 billion over the last five years.
