The HIPPYUSA program is a national non-profit organization headquartered in Arkansas, United States that originated in Israel and found its way around the world. HIPPY stands for Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters and targets families with disadvantages. Educations starts at the home and HIPPY is a great program to teach parents how to prepare their preschool children for a life time of education.
