Any learning experience begins with problem definition and establishing an individual’s need to know more about a topic. By developing an expanding database and search operation, individual need drives the search in a self-appropriated learning experience. The interactive network linking individuals is open to every global setting around the world.  We attempt to provide the interactive bridge, wherever ethernet allows the bridge to land.

Video, Digital and Print Materials:
HFV has established a large and expanding database of educational video, digital and print materials, a valuable resource on innovation in seven sectors of science, technology and compassionate outreach.

Individualized Search Engines:
By registering on-line with HFV, a person moves from passive recipient to an interactive participant. Matching your needs with resources is a special service designed to further your inquiry with in-depth relative materials. Our specificity takes the inquirer beyond a title, to a word in a paragraph, on a page of a report.

Individualized Scientific and Technical News Service:
Registration allows daily scientific and technical news to be linked to the individual’s interests and needs. HFV’s evolving website is linked to over 175 RSS feeds from the top scientific news sources. Our computerized search spiders go out each night to identify new information and then match findings with the interests of the registrant. The greater the detail provided in registration, the more specific the search retrieval.

Establishing Interdisciplinary Networks:
At the interactive level, each registrant sets up a confidential profile page. By establishing an individual page, we can link you with colleagues sharing interests. The key to change lies in interdisciplinary and international inquiry. By matching needs and resources of people and programs within our network, we accomplish that. We connect individuals, foundations, organizations, educational, research and community development programs in active dialogue.

Global Interdisciplinary Voices (GIV):
We will give all interactive registrants an opportunity to share their insights. New ideas, reports and special contributions tend to work from the ground up. We provide monitored discussions with educational webinars, special interest groups and research-oriented problem solving discussion. We want fresh voices with challenging questions as entry into discussion. An interactive program is shaped and fueled by all participants. The program is designed to help others acquire something defined by their need, and to offer something to others sharing common interests. We are dependent on the communication process and commit to open inquiry in content areas serving the participants. We will attempt to inform, involve and inspire the participant with choices and contribute to improving the world situation.

As a non-profit organization we will always invite shared responsibility and working alliances with any partners sharing our concerns. Using the contributions of all registrants to enhance the outcomes for all is the integrating theme of HFV.
