Educational and Research Objectives

1. To collect and distribute scientific and technical information, matching the needs of the learner with our comprehensive search and database retrieval system on emerging research materials, international news feeds, local, regional and international meetings, organizations of interest, resource people and programs committed to change.

2. To involve individuals in learning activities, building on their existing competence and defining higher levels of understanding, skill and problem solving as an entry to educational and research activities.
3. To stimulate an attitude of inquiry with accurate definition of global problems reflected in the individual’s community, and inviting creative problem solving strategies in new working connections.
4. To describe and prioritize global challenges on the community level.
5. To stimulate dynamic interactions between individuals and organizations worldwide as a bridge for creative and aggressive problem solving. Interaction begins with:
        i) Establishing a confidential profile of individual interests and experiences
        ii) Inviting contact with individuals sharing interests
        iii) Conducting, monitoring, updating and posting summaries of expert-led discussion of special interest groups and evolving research-   oriented problem solving groups 
       iv) Developing and linking to multiple webinars, forums, posting boards, and creative aggressive outreach to communities in need.
       v) Identifying existing partnerships and developing practical alliances between business, academic, government, special interest groups   and related organizations with shared interests and responsibilities
      vi) Publishing projects, reports and proposals for public use and private development within the site, all inviting comment from different disciplines
     vii) Identifying and describing community-based resource programs and organizations serving public needs open to working links with similar interests in other regions
6. To describe, define and assess new alliances emerging from shared work stimulated by interactive discussion.
7. To promote responsive, responsible and rational problem solving discussions focused on accurate identification of research questions on high priority and high value topics defined by the interactive registrants.
