Governing Board:Etti Benvenisti, a fifth generation Israeli who grew up in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, developed innovative clinical programming for children, youth and families, community-based programming for vulnerable populations in New Mexico’s multicultural settings, and supportive educational programs for special populations of young mothers, families and at risk women returning to the community after incarceration. She has been committed to international education efforts in child and family development on four continents. Lewis Eigen, PhD is an experienced national leader in education, government and business, Education Director of the Peace Corps, Associate Director of the Job Corps, developer of health related innovations as CEO of Educational Design Inc., Chairman of the Board of BEA Enterprises Inc., Founder and Director of our nonprofit partner providing the operational base for our computer operations John Graham, MD grew up in a small village in Canada where his father was a country doctor and his mother an educator. Following medical school and entry into Psychiatry, a strong interest in research in medical education led to a combination of clinical, educational, research and community concerns. He has established two international continuing education programs for healthcare professionals all over the world. He continues to teach professional ethics in clinical practice. Adeline Klaus is an artist, citizen of the world and a woman who knows and understands American and Israeli culture, we receive honest and direct feedback on programming. Adeline is a bright, energetic woman committed to change things in her counsel to HFV and other philanthropic work. Meryl Manning Segel, M.S., C.A.S.E. has an educational background that spans the fields of elementary education and Children’s Theatre to advanced degrees in career counseling and adult education. She worked as an ombudsman between the business and educational fields in developing new vocational programs of study at the college level. Over the last few decades, Meryl has worked in Real Estate Development, RP and Marketing and involved in multiple community development projects. Toby Simon, MD continues as a specialist in hematology and transfusion medicine and internal medicine in his current position as Program Director in Clinical Research and Development with CSL Behring a global specialty pharmaceutical company. In his 40 years in the field, he has been theChief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer at TRICOR Reference Laboratories in Albuquerque and held positions with United Blood Services and the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He continues as a clinical professor of pathology at the School. He has also been the Vice President of Medical and Scientific Affairs for Serologicals Corporation.
Executive Committee: Daily operations are under the direction of a working committee comprised of the Executive Director, Project Directors, Director of Scientific Affairs, Coordinator of Educational Research Associates and Accountant.

Strategic Organizing Committee: A special group of New Mexico professionals in various scientific and technical fields have acted as consultants in the early phase of development.
